Yes. We can slow the pace, add rest days, pick hotels with lifts and ground-floor rooms, and plan shorter driving days with more stops. Tell us who's travelling when you enquire.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel, starting at 10% for 45+ days out. Some hotel and boat bookings follow the supplier's own rules. The full table is in our cancellation & refund policy.
Yes. We help each devotee register and book a darshan slot on the official Virtual Queue system, subject to slot availability released by the temple authorities.
The vehicle, fuel and driver are included. Outstation trips are charged per km with a minimum of 300 km a day, counted from our garage and back. Driver allowance, tolls, parking and interstate permits are extra and listed in your quote.
An original government photo ID for every adult — Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID or Driving Licence. Children need Aadhaar or a birth certificate. Hotels, temples and police checkposts may ask for it.
