Shipping & Service Delivery Policy
We provide travel services, not physical goods. Here’s how and when your confirmations, vouchers and services are delivered.

01Nothing is shipped
Sri Aaryan Holidays sells travel services: tour packages, pilgrimages, hotel bookings and car & bus rentals. No physical products are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
02Booking confirmation
- After your payment, you receive a payment receipt from Razorpay by email/SMS straight away.
- We send your booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment, usually the same working day.
03Vouchers & trip details
- Your final itinerary, hotel vouchers and driver name and number are sent 24–48 hours before departure.
- For car and bus rentals, vehicle and driver details are shared the evening before pickup, or at least 2 hours before a same-day pickup.
04Delivery of services
Services are delivered on your travel dates, as described in your confirmed itinerary or rental quote, starting from the agreed pickup point in Hyderabad.
05Didn’t receive your confirmation?
If you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours of paying, email hello@sriaaryanholidays.com or call / WhatsApp +91 98XXX XXXXX with your Razorpay Payment ID.
